COM Report

COM Report

The COM report is the "Commission's Report to the Council and the European Parliament - Sixth Report on the Statistics of the Number of Animals Used for Experimental and other Scientific Purposes in the Member States of the European Union.

The COM Report is compiled by the European Commission on the basis of statistics provided by the EU Member States on the number of animals used for experimental and other scientific purposes. In addition to the report from 2010 cited here, reports were published in 1994, 1999, 2003, 2005 and 2007.
