Wissenschaft in der Steuerfalle

Der deutsche Fiskus hat es selbst begünstigt, dass die Helmholtz-Gemeinschaft eine steuerliche Grauzone ausnutzt. Wenn er von staatlichen Forschungszentren hohe Rückzahlungen verlangt, ist das absurd. Es schädigt zudem den Forschungsstandort Deutschland.
