Further information on legal regulations in different countries

In Australia, Brazil, Africa and the Netherlands, particularly, there are national regulations or distinct intergovernmental treatises with individual other countries. The Brazilian regulation rooting the conservation of biological diversity as a governmental aim in its constitution is especially meaningful. In accordance with Art. 225 § 1 Subsection II of the Brazilian Constitution of 1998, the conservation and restoration of biological diversity is an integral part of a general right to an environment in ecological balance.
